1. Grading
1st Semester covers Periods 1-5
Each Period will have one Test
Each Friday there will be a reading quiz
Tests are 70% of the grade (5 tests)
Quizzes are 30% of the grade (about 16 quizzes)
2. Assignments
Every activity we do in class is to prepare you for the AP Exam
These activities are not graded but when needed feedback will be given
3. Homework
There will be about 4-8 pages of reading and note taking every night
Weekends have only one reading....your welcome :)
4. Explanation of using Themes while taking notes
5. How this class will Run
-Blogger (put this website in your bookmarks)
-Calendar for nightly readings (save this in your APUSH folder)
-Breaking down a Typical Week (write this down inside cover of notebook)
